If you have an issue that is an emergency and cannot wait until our office is open, then please use the preferred contractors list given to you by our agency. If you do not have a preferred contractors list then call a contractor and advise them that you only want the minimum work necessary to make SAFE. If the work is part of the landlord responsibilities then the cost will be covered, however if the problem arose due to you or your guests action or inaction then you the tenant will be liable. If the problem could have waited until a week day and reasonable hour but was instead instructed out of hours then you will be responsible for the costs over and above the daytime/weekday rate.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
