Lighthouse Estate Agency is a brand new agency offering a £699 fixed fee for selling and competitive lettings rates. Lighthouse Estate Agency was set up in order to provide an ethical guiding light in the increasingly complex area of residential lettings and to service a need for low fixed fee sales.
We are an Island owned company serving the whole Isle of Wight and place ourselves entirely at your service. We aim to offer a personal and professional sales and letting experience to our clients and applicants, which can often be overlooked and lost by larger departmentalized agents. We do not have a walk in office, and as such can pass on those savings to our property sellers, landlords and potential tenants.

We are proud to be the first Island agent to offer our landlords real-time account statement snapshots via bank linked software, automatic monthly emailed statements and yearly or historical statements at any point by request for yourself or your nominated accountant (usually within the hour or sooner!).
Lighthouse Residential Lettings are licensed by ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents and our proprietor holds the designation MARLA) and is a member of the Client Money Protection scheme. We are also registered with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
We are also proud to be members of 1% For The Planet, which we contractually agree to donate 1% of our gross company turnover annually to non-profit organisations concerned with our planets welfare.
Meet the Owner
Oliver Cohen MARLA . An Isle of Wight property professional with over 14 years in the property sector within high level management and ownership of Estate and Letting Agencies as well as previously running a Mortgage Advice company. He also has personal experience being a landlord.
His relevant qualifications include National Federation of Property Professionals Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Property Letting and Management, QCF Level 4 in UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, Certificate in Mortgage Advice and is qualified to the latest 17th Edition BS7671 Electrical standards, full scope.
